With the increased frequency of school shootings lately, many people have been left scratching their heads and wondering why this type of thing is happening in the first place. The left blames guns, of course, but we know the real reason for the increase frequency of school shootings is caused by something else. Instead, the real reason for school shootings is much more psychological…and it relates heavily to the news media that lives on hype. We all know that it’s a tiny fraction of the population that commits horrible crimes like this…but with an American population of 350,000,000 people, even a tiny fraction amounts to a sizable chunk of people these days. Of course, it isn’t just because of the population. It has a lot to do with “feelings of insignificance”, which is further fueled by the media. When someone is feeling insignificant and is desperate for attention, they don’t…

How many of you have ever been faced with this situation before? You have a gun that you no longer use or want, so you’d like to sell it…but you don’t have the time to go to a gun show or find a buyer. Lack of time is the biggest reason that gun owners don’t sell their guns that they don’t want anymore. But Guns.com’s gun buyback program makes it quick and easy. Here’s how it works. First, you tell them all about the gun you want to sell. What kind it is, hold old it is, how much it has been used, the overall quality, and other things that will help them determine what it’s worth. Then, they’ll make you a reasonable offer for your gun. If you like it, you can begin the next part of the deal…if not, just decline and you can go your separate ways.…

YETI coolers are some of the best coolers around, but they don’t come cheap. They can sell for anywhere from a couple hundred dollars to over a thousand dollars depending on the model. That’s why it was so important to get some sort of discount on them. Members of the NRA used to get a discount on YETI coolers, but YETI recently revoked that discount. Sounds pretty ordinary so far, but this is where the confusion begins… According to the NRA, they received a letter from YETI saying that they will no longer sell their products to the NRA. And to make matters worse, the letter did not give a reason for this change. This has led the NRA to the conclusion that this is a political response by YETI in order to make a statement about recent mass shootings like the one in Parkland, Florida. It’s not uncommon for…

YouTube has recently taken a lot of heat from gun owners for its pending policy changes regarding gun-related content on its site. According to YouTube, they will no longer allow videos with a focus on guns or gun-related accessories such as bump stocks or high capacity magazines. YouTube also said that they won’t allow videos that show ammo manufacturing, guns, suppressors, or tutorials that show how to perform modifications on guns. Gun advocacy groups such as the National Rifle Association are concerned about YouTube’s pending policy changes, saying that the move would begin a new effort to alienate lawful gun owners and gun culture. Here’s what the NRA had to say about the matter: Millions of Americans watch YouTube videos every day to learn more about the safe and responsible use of firearms, and those videos show law-abiding gun owners participating in lawful behavior. By banning this content, YouTube is engaging…

If you think the gun debate has become rather heated lately, just wait until you see what North Carolina sheriff candidate Dary Fisher had to say about gun owners. During a meeting with Moms Demand Action on March 7th, Daryl Fisher voiced his support for gun control and his support for “common sense” legislation. If you aren’t already familiar with common sense legislation, here’s a quick outline: He would like bans on full capacity magazines for rifles and handguns, bans on all guns that are used by the military, and also increasing the legal age to purchase firearms to the age of 21. However, the shocking part of this meeting comes later when he was countering objections to his proposals. One of the things that came up was what would happen if people refuse to give up their guns. In response, he proposed killing anyone who didn’t comply with the…

The ATF could soon see faster processing. That’s because they might be granted a budget increase of $13.2 million. The stated purpose of the budget increase is to help combat violent crime. The Justice Department’s proposal to increase the ATF’s budget states that it would “ensure timely execution of National Firearms Act transfers.” If the ATF were to get the budget increase, they could see the addition of 25 new team members to their NFA branch. According to them, they need the extra manpower to deal with their increasing workload. Currently, the ATF says the wait time for NFA items is around 270 days. Admittedly, it would be very frustrating to be held up for 270 due to paperwork and lack of staffing. The ATF claims that they could get wait times down to about 90 days for NFA items such as machine guns, silencers, and short-barreled rifles or shotguns. The…

Remington is one of the most famous names in firearms, but that doesn’t mean their finances are doing well. In fact, their last financial statement revealed that they were in a large amount of debt and were struggling to find new creditors. Now, it looks like Remington might enter into bankruptcy. Remington owes a massive debt worth nearly $1 billion dollars and would file for Chapter 11 bankruptcy. This would allow them to continue their operations and bring in revenue while dealing with creditors and the court. To help manage payments between lender and debtor, there is something called an “administrative agent”. Remington named the newly formed Ankura Trust Company as their administrative agent. Ankura specializes in working in “distressed and default situations”. Remington’s bankruptcy plans were supposed to happen sooner, but they got delayed because of a problem with Bank of America. BoA was supposed to be Remington’s original administrative…

The mass shooting in Parkland, Florida is a tragedy that Americans should think deeply about and analyze calmly… But as usual, the left is using this tragedy for their own selfish interests by pressing emotional triggers and using mass hysteria to their advantage. One of the things they’re trying to do this time is to push for a ban on magazines that have a capacity of more than ten rounds. Their reasoning for this new push is that the shooter, who I won’t name here, allegedly used a high-capacity magazine which enabled him to kill more people than he otherwise would have been able to. They think that by banning magazines with more than 10 rounds they’ll be able to keep the public safe from shooters like this. However, there’s a big problem with their argument that’s coming to light now. It turns out that the shooter did NOT use…

With the recent news of school shootings gaining more attention, there’s a new question popping up. The question is: Should school teachers be armed with guns in order to protect students? As you can probably imagine, this question has sparked an incredible amount of debate, with both sides of the argument getting rather heated. Here’s a brief rundown on what supporters and opponents of arming teachers in schools have to say. Opponents: It’s wrong to require teachers to carry a gun. Supporters: No school district is requiring teachers to carry guns if they don’t want to. Instead, they rely on volunteers who are up to the task and accept their new responsibilities. That way the people who don’t want to carry don’t have to, and those who do are able to. Opponents: Teachers don’t want to carry guns, they just want to teach! Supporters: Why can’t they do both? It’s…

A Christian church in Newfoundland, Pennsylvania is standing up for gun rights in an interesting way. The World Peace and Unification Sanctuary Church, led by Sean Moon, planned an event where church members who brought in an AR-15 would receive a special blessing. Early media reports claimed that the rifles would receive the blessing, but this is untrue. It’s the gun owners who bring their rifles in who will receive the blessing. The World Peace and Unification Sanctuary Church has taken to calling their guns “rods of iron” in reference to The Book of Revelations. Their reason for calling their guns “rods of iron” is because in Revelations, it talks about Christ returning and ruling with an “iron rod”. “This rod of iron is the AR-15, in today’s terms”, said Sean Moon. It’s an interesting interpretation, and I have to admit I like it. Apparently, other people liked the interpretation…
